Purpose: To promote the free exchange of information in the area of labor relations, as health care, benefits, planning personnel practices, NLRB, OSHA, EEOC, and other issues.

• Conduct quarterly meetings of the Council to promote idea exchange.
• Conduct annual seminars
• Participate in a county-wide Annual Wage & Salary Survey
• Participate in Workforce Development Program

Tipp City HR Council is open to any Member of the Tipp CityArea Chamber of Commerce. Our purpose is to exchange information and learn more about the world of Human Resources and Employment Law.

We have four Quarterly HR Council Meetings which include a Professional Speaker 8:00 am till 9:00 am on a Hot Topic in HR  and  at 9:00 am till 9:30 am a Roundtable discussion. PHR, SPHR continuing education credit (1) have been approved for these Event Speaker Meetings.

Our four HR Seminars are always on Hot Topics in HR and we bring in the best Professional Speakers on these topics. Members of the Tipp City Area Chamber of Commerce can attend the HR Seminars for a small cost of $49.00 and non-members at $69.00. All HR Council Seminars are three hours long starting at 9:00 am till 12:00 pm. PHR, SPHR continuing education credits (3) have been approved for these seminars.
